I started Healthfully Fit with the mature, busy woman (like myself, 52) in mind. While I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, my passion is to deliver results! I aim to help you transform your body and coach you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your fitness and nutrition. So, if you want to be fit, active, and live a healthier lifestyle, then you have come to the right place. This is about you making an amazing lifestyle decision—one that helps you keep up with your family, enjoy more adventures, and participate in all your favorite activities, whether it’s golf, hiking, skiing, or pickleball. Overall, you’ll become stronger, healthier, feel better, and look better! There will be a sore muscle or two along the way, but the benefits of fitness and proper nutrition are worth the challenge. You are worth it!
