Burn fat, get toned, gain strength, feel better, and move better! This is a custom weekly workout plan put together just for you. You will start with a one on one virtual fitness assessment with me. I will then build your plan according to your fitness goals, schedule, and what equipment you have access to in your home and/or at the gym. Your workouts will be diverse, challenging, and extremely effective. You will be able to do them anytime and anywhere you want. Each exercise will have a video clip showing you how to do it with proper form.
